WACs leave ETO

Part of the first group of high-point WAC's to leave the ETO for return to the U.S. for discharge, wave goodbye from inside a Douglas C-47 which carried them from 9th AF Division Hqts., Namur, Belgium to Compiègne, France on the initial stage of their homeward journey. All have more than two years service overseas. None have essential job classifications. Seated on the duffle bag in center is S/Sgt. Evelyn J.
