U.S. Military Cemetery at Follonica, Italy. This Cemetery is located on a sloping hill overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. The first American soldier buried here was on the 29th of June 1944. It serves as the resting place for brave Americans who gave their lives in combat during the drive north from the Anzio Beachhead.
