US Army 8th Air Force Majors in England

Two Majors of a U. S. Army 8th Air Force Bomb Group sit down to discuss voting procedure somewhere in England. Both are squadron leaders, each commanding large numbers of men and heavy bombers, and bearing great responsibility for an important segment of the strategic and ground support bombings.
