Tiger Tank in Belgium village

This Tiger Tank parked between two houses in a Belgium village held up 4th Armored Division tanks until it was battered by two 500 pound bombs dropped by a Republic P-47 Thunderbolt. The three P-47 pilots who strafed and bombed in the immediate vicinity examine the wreckage. Left to right: Capt. Lowell K. Brueland, Capt. Francis P. McIntire, and 1st Lt. Loyd J. Overfield.
