This time the fighter comes in low, fast and hard. The effects of the previous punishing blows can be seen in the grounded Luftwaffe fighter that is burning fiercely in the background. Puffs of dust mark-ing hits show that the 8th AF pilot has picked the grounded plane with the markings that appear to be the same as our invasion markings, in a final thrust to destroy the faked Luftwaffe plane. v Strafing
