Hundreds of slave workers were systematically starved to death at a labor camp near Nordhausen, Germany. A 9th A.F. cameraman, accompanying advance elements of U.S. Armor and Infantry, photographed this section of the camp as Germany civilians in the background remove bodies under supervision of U.S. soldiers.
