An EIGHTH AAF BOMBER COMMAND STATION, England - S/Sgt. Paul A. Vrabec, 24, of Clarksburg, W.Va., lounges comfortably by the twin.50 caliber tail guns of the 8th AAF Flying Fortress "Sweater Girl", in which he has flown 25 times against the Nazis. The AAF tail gunner has been awarded the Air Medal with three Oak Leaf Clusters and has been recommended for the Distinguished Flying Cross.
