The unusual device in the left hand of S/Sgt. James J. Vokoun of Prentice, Wisconsin, is a specially made propeller wrench which he designed out of salvage materials for use in securing four-bladed props to the propeller shafts of P-51s during maintenance at this 8th Air Force fighter station in England.
