Red Cross Girls Italian Seacoast

Two American Red Cross girls joined twenty war-weary youths of the 15th Army Air Force on a tour of the famous grottoes along the Italian seacoast. Here, the group boarded four hired rowboats at the small and colorful fishing village. Local fishermen, anxious to please the friendly crowd, gesticulatingly supervised the loading of the boats and prepared fishing tackle.
