P51 Mustangs at Leipheim airdrome

One of the attacking North American P-51 Mustang fighter planes of the U.S. 8th Air Force, caught in the camera as it banked away from strafing jet-propelled planes at Leipheim airdrome 11/18/44. Three jet-planes burn fiercely while several others are parked dangerously nearby. Twenty nine jets were destroyed here.
