Oil Plant at Gennevilliers

In this building 2,500 barrels of oil were destroyed by fire during and after the 8th USAF attack on the Standard Oil Plant at Gennevilliers, suburb of Paris. Beneath the ground floor, 6,000 empty barrels were stored for further use, and these were destroyed when the ground floor collapsed.
