In the far off Burma India Theatre, Indians and GI's used to work together to keep the Japs out of India. Now they work together to drive the Japs out of India. S/Sgt Donald R. Thompson, El Reno, Okla., supervises the loading of ammunition belts for a 10th AF group. Operating under Major Gen Geo. E. Stratemeyer's Allied Eastern Air Command, the Seventh Bomb Group has worked very closely with the RAF in blasting enemy bridges, troop concentrations, supply bases ports and shipping. Its heavy bombers have ranged over Burma, Siam, and the Andaman Islands dealing destruction to the enemy bases and lines of communication that led to the recent Japanese withdrawal on all the Burma fronts.
