Lt Eldon Dahl at Caserta

Lt. Eldon H. Dahl (right) of Bozeman, Mont., a member of the 416th Bomb Squadron, 99th Bomb Group at Caserta, Italy, is interrogated by Lt. Colonel Arthur E. Sutherland after his return to his base from a mission. Lt. Dahl's plane was shot down behind enemy lines and he had many difficulties getting back to the American lines. In the background is Lt. Philip J. Corso of California, Pa. 16 November 1943.
