Liberators bomb Old Yellow River Bridge

14,000 FEET UP, BOMBERS HIT 10-FOOT TARGET -- Bombs from Liberators of the 308th Bomb Group of the U.S. Army 14th Air Force are dropped from a heightX of 14,000 feet on the "Old Yellow River Bridge", China's longest river structure (9,620 feet) and China's most difficult bombing target (10 feet wide). Heavy flak is coming up at the American planes from eight Jap automatic weapons towers and three flak towers. Note falling bombs upper center and middle left. 308th Bmb. Group.
