La Goulette, Tunisia - The harbor at La Goulette after an attack by Allied bombers from Malta, 29 December 1942. (1) Merchant vessel capsized and burning at the oil depot. (2) Merchant vessel damaged and apparently low in the water; several lighters are to be seen alongside. (3) One building demolished and 4 damaged in barracks near entrance to harbor. (4) Several buildings destroyed and damaged at oil depot. (5) 1 large and 2 small buildings - believed to be stores - damaged. (6) Buildings at ship repair yard damaged. (7) Small vessel sunk. (8) Arrow indicates power station.
