Ju 88 base at Rheims attacked

REPAIR BASE ATTACKED -- Ju 88 repair base and airfield at Rheims in occupied France was heavily hit during the 28 March 44 mission by Boeing B-17 Flying Fortresses of the U.S. 8th A.F. Moments before the heavies dropped their bombs, the field is quiet and peaceful. Four bay hangars, workshops, barracks and one double hangar were hit by the heavy concentrations.
