It never reached New York

IT NEVER REACHED NEW YORK. Lt. Walter J. Seb looks over the remains of the plane that the Nazis said would bomb New York—the HE 177. This airplane had four engines but only two propellers. All four engines were utilized only on take-off or in emergencies which required the additional power. The rest of the time the plane flew on two engines. Scene is somewhere in France.
