GLIDER RECLAMATION -- Two weeks time was all that the engineers of the 82nd Service Group, 9th Troop Carrier Command required to place 60% of the 300 gliders in flyable condition after the Rees-Wesel airborne invasion. Shown here is a small group that has been reclaimed somewhere in Germany. 1 April 1945.
