German supply train ablaze

One of the functions of Tactical Air Power, the denial of supplies to enemy troops is clearly demonstrated in this panel of pictures showing a German supply train ablaze after an attack by a Ninth Air Force fighter bomber. The train, carrying important items for the enemy, was fired a week before the start of von Rundstedt's counter-offensive.
