FW-190 over Hamburg

Maneuvering into a pursuit curve to fire on the lagging Boeing B-17 at the left rear is a probable FW-190 over Hamburg. The forward progress of the bomber is sketched in, as is the probable pursuit curve. The fighter will be out of range of all guns except those of the other laggard, which will be blanked off and possibly attacked if the fighter finishes off his first victim and dives away. All along his pursuit curve, though, he will be a good target for the left bomber's guns.: Boeing B-17 RESTRICTED
