Flying Fortresses bomb Dijon plant

Heavy bombing attacks by USAAF Flying Fortresses damaged the dummy plane plant of Dijon in Northeastern France. The Nazis used these dummy planes to attract Allied bombs thereby preventing their use on real targets. Capt. Gordon H. Coe, 1917 South Stevens St., Spokane, Wash.
