Finkenwarder 193 at Hamburg

A six-engined flying-boat somewhat resembling the BV 222, but considerably larger, was recently seen at the Blohm Und Voss assembly factory at Hamburg/ Finkenwarder, Germany. This aircraft will be known for the present as the "Finkenwarder 193". An impression of the very great size of this aircraft may be gained by comparison with the ME 410 which is seen at top right of photo. Wing span of this plane is 196'.
