Don Barclay visits 14th AAF

Don Barclay, celebrated American artist, whose caricatures have appeared in nearly all the publications is now on a visit to Gen. Claire L. Chennault's 14th AAF. Barclay spent many hours with the "China Bliters" inhabitants of "Sweat Hill," where the pilots on the alert for Japanese aircraft "sweat out" the daylight hours. During his stay he drew every member of the squad and the pictures now adron the alert shacks walls. Before leaving China, Barclay expects to visit the 14th's outlying bases.
