Doctor inspects wounded man at hospital

A doctor inspects the results of an X-ray plate made of the chest of a severely wounded man to decide whether or not he is now fit to make the return journey to America by air. The hospital checks thoroughly into the case of each man to be returned by air and does not allow him to make the trip if it might further injure him in any way.
