Consolidated B-32s that had newly arrived from Luzon, P.I. on Yonton Strip. Shown is a B-32 being refueled shortly after arrival. Two of these planes while on a photo reconnaissance over Japan were attacked after Jap peace rumor. Both planes were badly damaged but not casualties. These were the first planes used in a long range mission. Okinawa, 12 August 1945.
