Colombian War College Delegation at Albrook Field

The Colombian War College delegation is shown shortly after its arrival at Albrook Field, C.Z., to study North American military tactics as guests of Lt. Gen. George H. Brett, Commanding General of the Caribbean Defense Command. The Colombian officers came here from Bogota in multi-engined U.S. military transport planes and will remain until Dec. 5th. Brett, Comandante de la Area de Defensa del Caribe.
