Cave Theatre in Southern Italy

Caves forty feet underground were converted into "Rocka Fella Center" by GI's of a heavy bomber group in southern Italy. This is their cave theater. The seats are bomb racks, the stage is made from bomb packing cases. They had to blast through twenty-five feet of rock to get ventilation for the theater.
