ENGLAND - Capt. William T. Whisner, of 312 Albany Ave., Shreveport, La., who shot down six FW-190s and probably destroyed another 11/21/44 to equal the record of enemy planes downed in the air on a single mission. These victories raise Capt. Whisner's total to 10½ destroyed in the air and 3 destroyed on the ground.
