Under the silhouette of a Martin B-26 bomber are another B-26 and a North American B-25, dispersed along the edge of the field and against South Pacific scrub growth--just in case. A sentimental pilot has named his plane Judy, after the girl back home. But there was no sentiment shown when this plane raided the Japanese fleet at Midway Island. Photo News Bd MAY 31 1943
