B-25 Mitchells over Neisiang
1945-04-02
Smoke billows over Japanese-occupied Neisiang in Central China, east of the Tan River, after it had been hit by North American B-25 Mitchell bombers of the 14th Air Force's hard-hitting Chinese-American Composite Wing. Neisiang is an important supply center and had a large concentration of Japanese troops when it was attacked by the Chinese-American Composite Wing bombers in co-ordination with Chinese ground forces. 1st Bomb Group, Provisional; 2nd Bomb Squadron, Provisional.
