B-24 Liberators in Southern Italy

When the Consolidated B-24's at this heavy bomber base in Southern Italy, return from their missions they tune off the homing beacon and ride in on "The Voice of the Cottontails" - a radio station built out of salvaged materials and housed in an old Italian storehouse.
