B-24 Crashes At Kunming

Trucks and tractors are used to haul a Consolidated B-24 which crashed on the runway at Kunming, China, 2 December 1943, due to failure of the landing gear. The plane, used as a transport flying the 'Hump', was carrying gas in a bomb bay tank on one side.
