B-17 Flying Fortress in Mediterranean Theatre

Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress "Fort Alamo II" has established Mediterranean Theatre record of having flown 130 missions. She has never failed her crew, and no man has suffered injury aboard her on any of her missions. The present combat and ground crews are standing, l-r: M/Sgt. Joseph V.
