American Air Base in Russia

AMERICAN ARMY CAMP IN RUSSIA: Seen through the wreckage of a German-wrecked Russian building are a portion of the tents which make up the living quarters at an American Air Base in the U.S.S.R. Driven back by the Red Army from this area only months before the USAAF started its "shuttle" bombing runs across Nazi-controlled Europe, the Germans wrecked practically all buildings in the cities and towns as they fled.
