"ALTHOUGH ONE MOTOR'S GONE" -- That happens to be the case with this "Flying Fortress" of the 91st Bomb Group, 8th Air Force, though alone now, was part of a formation of heavies dispatched to attack German-held target at Cognac, France, 31 December 1943. As seen from the rear, the prop of the disabled engine is motionless as the other motors hum and the "Fortress" carries on. (Altitude 18,00 feet).
