Airplane plant at Okayama

Airplane plant at Okayama covers an area 2,900 by 1,400 feet and has approximately 1,000,000 square feet of floor space in 43 buildings. It is shown here in three-way stereo. The type of plane processed here cannot definitely be ascertained but the predominant type is the Nakajima 95, Dave, with ground gear instead of floats, used as a trainer. It is believed that at the present, Okayama Field is primarily a training base, although it may also be used for staging. JUN 20 1944
