A-20 Havocs over France

Douglas A-20 Havoc light bombers of the U.S. Ninth Air Force are shown over the patch work landscape of France during a recent attack against enemy targets. The speedy, versatile attack bombers, which have been operating from England for several weeks, together with fighters, fighter-bombers and famous Marauder medium bombers will strike in close cooperation with Allied ground forces during the coming entry into Europe.
