9th Air Force Marauders Strike England

ENGLAND - Intelligence Officers and Bomber Command are concerned with the before-and-after of a bombing mission. Photography is a regular part of such a job, and when 9th Air Force Marauders strike, the fighting cameramen are on the spot; they take pictures of damage done as fast as the explosives hit their target and drop their cameras to help fight off enemy aircraft whenever necessary. A veteran Hollywood cameraman and combat lensman is S/Sgt. James V. King, of Los Angeles, Calif., who is pictured assembling his equipment for another flight over Western Europe.
